Sorry to have been so quiet recently - my poor computer died (5 motherboard replacements and still not working right!) and so for the last 4 weeks I've been waiting for my replacement machine to arrive - thank goodness for 3 yr warranties. On my list of things to do in my craft room clean up, was altering my old brown craft desk. Don't get me wrong this desk has served me well for over 15 years now, I rescued it from a closing down office for $80 and have been using it ever since. Here is my first update for my Craft Cleanse / Craft Room clean up - Oh my what a mess! So before I could do much of anything I needed to move my craft desk. I thought I'd plan a little decorating today. Now I cant really paint a feature wall, most of it would be covered by furniture, so when I saw these wall decalsit was perfect (I bought a few different kinds - velvet and vinyl). Wow don't metal dies multiply when you're not looking! I was suprised to find I owned 20 when I bought this cute little purple Spellbinder Wizard Die Carrying Case case! Then I discovered it wouldn't fit the large Spellbinder labels dies I wanted to store in it - so I moved to these great magnetic binders. Choosing the colour scheme for my craft room - this was the easiest thing I've had to do this month. I have black storage drawer units, I have green drawer units, I have white walls and I have purple folders. So my colour scheme is black, white and green with a tiny bit of purple as an accent. Paint dabbers - I have almost all of these little beauties produced by Ranger and they are making the drawer which I have them stored in rather heavy and difficult to open. I have them all upside down in an effort to make them easier to use (and for some reason I thought it would help to keep them from drying out).
