I've been having a great time this year playing with planners, in particular, my little Hobonichi Weeks Mega which has completely amazing Tomoe River paper.  It's so much fun to decorate the page before beginning to create my layout - there's something quite relaxing about playing with paint and let's face it, we could use a little relaxation these days.

Start by creating a fabulous fluid background with watercolor paint and Lindy's sprays (Aloha Avocado Spray), I used several different greens to create a tropical feel for the page.

Using Distress Inks and Stencil Girl stencils, add gorgeous designs to begin creating the base for your page.  The Colorbox stylus tool allowed me to create crisp images with the little Palm Frond mini stencil.

Grab a planner stencil (this one is #4) and add spaces for text, remember to leave some space for the page title.

Grab some of your favorite Lindy's Magical Shakers and mix with water in a mixing palette, start decorating the page with the Magicals.  At this point, I've also added a hint of color to the Palm Frond design - with Magnolia Magenta Gold.

Add title and text and write down your own top 15 ideas for self-care.
